Individual Therapy
Telehealth sessions for individuals 18 years and older. Typically on a weekly or biweekly basis.
50 mins | $180

Mediation
I provide mediation services for members of organizations who need assistance moving through challenges in professional relationships. I work from a trauma-informed, non-violent communication, restorative justice approach. My goal is to not only assist folks in working through a current conflict, but to aid in gaining the skills needed to move through future conflicts within the organization and beyond.
